1st place
Finishing #1 on the leaderboard after a tournament day. Awarded every time you finish first — the medal counter grows. It is never lost, but it only shows while you are #1 on the leaderboard (see the "Historic" toggle).
Some are awarded automatically by the app from the matches. Others the club decides itself, by nomination and vote. Here they all are — and what it takes.
The top five on the leaderboard after each tournament day. They stay on your profile even if you slip down the leaderboard later.

Tied to what you are at the club, or to a record you hold right now. They follow the role — and a record can change hands.

Light captain — creates and runs their own tournaments. No player administration. Bronze is permanent.

Full captain — 0-19 tournament days run. Full access to player administration.

Full captain — upgraded from silver after 20 or more tournament days run.

The club's administrator. Lost when the role is removed.

The player with the highest rating ever reached at the club (peak rating). It cannot be lost to a drop in rating — only when another player passes the peak.

The player with the club's longest winning streak. A minimum of five wins in a row is needed to qualify. It passes to a new champion when someone beats the record — former champions keep the badge as a historic marker with a ×N counter.
These three are performances, not titles. They expire after one year or 20 tournament days — so you have to earn them again.

Winning EVERY match on a tournament day. Expires after one year or 20 tournament days — earn it again to get the title back.

Beating an opponent who was 200 or more rating points above you at the start of the tournament. Expires after one year or 20 tournament days — earn it again to get the title back.

At least five defeats in a row, and then a win. Expires after one year or 20 tournament days — earn it again to get the title back.
A reward for turning up. These can never be lost.

Awards with tongue firmly in cheek
Beyond the automatic badges, the club has nine social awards, handed out by the players through a two-stage nomination and vote.
Every player gets a notification and can nominate up to two players. You cannot nominate yourself.
The five most nominated (listed alphabetically) go through to the vote. Everyone votes for one winner. Voting for yourself is allowed.
A pop-up on your device and on the club's big screen. The badge lands on your profile with the month and year.

Shouts so loudly the neighbouring club thinks the place is on fire. "VAMOS!" carries all the way to the car park. Motivates the team, unnerves the opposition and gives the umpires tinnitus.

Saves balls with toes, forehead and sheer willpower. The opposition celebrates the point — and back comes the ball. A padel wall with spider-sense.

Smashes so hard the ball kids duck. As the arm comes down, so does the opposition's morale. Every smash a small disaster — for everyone else.

The club's stand-up comedian. Can make a dodgy knee and a worse serve sound like the best joke ever told. You laugh whether you won or lost.

We are playing padel, and yet they look like a model on the way to a shoot. Six sets in, the hair is still perfect, the outfit still matches, and the camera is calling.

Remembers your favourite shots, apologises for your mistakes and celebrates you as though you had just won the World Championship. The partner everyone queues up to have again.

When they win, they are Roger Federer. When they lose, it was the court, the weather, the light, the wind, the glass, the umpire's father... but the handshake is always warm and genuine.

Gets the net cords that roll perfectly over. The balls that clip the post and drop on the right side. Lottery luck of the highest order — there is no arguing with fate.

Helps with the washing-up, drives visitors home and sends encouraging messages to people on the waiting list. The club's heart, hands and loudspeaker.
