1. Parties
These terms apply between the club (hereinafter "the Customer") and:
CraftMedia ApS (hereinafter "Foreningspadel")
Company no.: DK41245042
Alfred Munkholms Vej 15, 9000 Aalborg, Denmark
Email: klub@foreningspadel.dk
The terms are accepted by creating a club licence and are binding from that point.
2. What Foreningspadel is
Foreningspadel is a SaaS (software as a service) platform for padel clubs. The service includes, among other things:
- Tournament management in four formats (Standard Leaderboard, Mix N Match, Team Standard, Mix N Match Teams) and — once launched — Klub Challenge (Lunar Liga format)
- Leaderboard and rating system
- BigTV scoreboard for the clubhouse
- Player profiles, achievements and statistics
- Calendar, sign-ups and communication
Foreningspadel is delivered as a web application available at foreningspadel.dk/{clubId} and as a Progressive Web App (PWA) for iOS and Android.
3. Free period (2026 introductory offer)
New clubs taking out a club licence receive their first 12 months free. The free period runs from the date the club is created, and the first invoice takes effect from the day after it ends. During the free period the club has full access to every feature.
The free period is not binding, and no payment details are required. If the club does not wish to continue, it simply terminates before the period ends — access then ceases and the club is given the opportunity to download its data.
4. Pricing and payment
4.1 Club licence
The licence is priced by the club's number of members. With annual payment in advance:
- Up to 100 members: DKK 150/month (DKK 1,800/year)
- +DKK 50/month per additional 100 members
- Maximum: 1,000 members = DKK 600/month (DKK 7,200/year)
With monthly invoicing a 30% surcharge applies. Federations and chains with several clubs: contact us for a quote.
All prices exclude VAT (25%).
4.2 Players
Players always have free access. The club pays the licence.
4.3 Referrals
Refer three clubs who take out a one-year subscription → one year free. This scales without limit (six clubs = two years, and so on).
4.4 Payment terms
Invoices are issued in advance and fall due 8 days net. If payment is not made after a reminder, we reserve the right to suspend access.
5. Termination
- Monthly licence: may be terminated with one month's notice to the end of a month.
- Annual licence: may be terminated with one month's notice to the end of the agreement period. If no notice is given, the agreement renews automatically for 12 months.
- A prepaid licence is not refunded on early termination, unless the termination is due to material breach on Foreningspadel's part.
- Notice of termination is to be sent in writing to klub@foreningspadel.dk.
6. Data and ownership
The Customer owns its own data — including player data, match results, leaderboards and tournament history. Foreningspadel is the data processor and processes data under a separate data processing agreement.
On termination the Customer may request an export of all data in a structured, machine-readable format (JSON or CSV). Data is permanently deleted 60 days after the agreement ends, unless legislation requires longer retention.
7. Availability of the service
We aim for uptime of 99,5% measured monthly, excluding planned maintenance. Planned maintenance is announced in good time and, as far as possible, scheduled outside club nights.
Foreningspadel is hosted on Google Firebase, which provides enterprise-grade infrastructure with automatic scaling and redundancy.
8. Limitation of liability
Foreningspadel is provided "as is" and "as available". We are not liable for indirect loss, including operating loss, lost profit, loss of data or goodwill.
Our total liability to the Customer in any given contract year is limited to the amount the Customer has paid for the service in that year.
The limitation of liability does not apply in cases of gross negligence or intent.
9. Changes to terms or pricing
Foreningspadel may change these terms or its pricing on 30 days' written notice. Where changes are material and to the Customer's detriment, the Customer is entitled to terminate the agreement with effect from the date they take effect.
10. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by Danish law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be settled by the District Court of Aalborg (Retten i Aalborg) as court of first instance.
